You are mad about it.
It is causing problems in your organization. You can’t understand what is
going on. You think you have tried it all.

Any of that sound familiar?

You are frustrated because you just can’t find the right employee to fill
the slot. It is a time you should be able to find good people. You have
looked all over. You have done all the right things. You are at your wits
end because you need this employee.

Anyone picking up on this?

You cash is low, collections slow and bills to pay. Now, I know most of us
are dealing with this one. I have never in all my days seen such micro cash
management as I am seeing today. Your customers are paying late, thus
your cash is low. Thus you are paying late, thus your vendors are not
happy. It is just a terrible circle of problems.

OK, all that being said. What are you doing to move forward?

Are you sitting around talking about it?
Are you sitting around thinking about it?
Are you depress and upset?
Are you whining?
Are you angry?

How about you try this.
How about you go out and help someone else to be successful and see
what happens.

If your sales are not working, why not call a friend, associate or other
business acquaintance and ask them how they are doing. Maybe they are
having the same problem (could not be). Maybe you can make a suggestion
to them that they did not think of. Maybe you can offer something that will
help them. Might be something you tired and did not work for you, might
just work for them. Maybe you can just pump them up a bit by helping
them realize they are not alone.

How about you do something positive and see what happens?

If you can’t find the right employee then how about you find some people
who are out of work and see if you can help them find a job. See if you can
make some suggestions. See if you can help them make some contacts.
There are many people out there looking for work. If you help one that will
be one that might not have gotten any help. Even if you can’t help them
succeed, just by working with them you will take there self-esteem up a
notch or two. Do it and see what happens.

Cash is a big issue today. Cash is making many of us crazy. So what should
we do? I can guarantee you that most people are having this problem. Why
not call up one of your friends, ask them what they are doing, perhaps they
have tried something you have not. Ask them how they are handling it.
Make some suggestions to them. Just help them feel better because again,
they realize it is not just them. Amazing what could happen.

Bottom line to all this. Helping others will create a solution to the problem
you are dealing with. It is simply amazing. But you have to do it for it to
work. Plus, you have to really mean it.

You improve the world, one person at a time and nothing is stopping you
from moving forward right now.

When you don’t feel like it, that is the time you need to do it. When you are
having those issues and problems is the time you need to help someone
else. Remember, there is always someone out there with greater issues,
problems and concerns than what you are dealing with.

Some of us sit in the boat all day, other get out and walk on the water.
Yes, we can sink and that is a chance we have to take.
