What you
need to do to make it happen. What you need to
do and the when, where and how.

Having you visualize the whole process and actually
see it happening. That is what we want to talk about today.

The key point for today is simply being able to
visualize the process, watch it happen in your
minds eye. You see visualizing the things that
you need to do are just as critical as knowing
what the end result is. To many times people
have great visions but they just don’t know how
to make them happen. To many times they put a plan
together without really being able to see the things
they need to do to make it happen. To many times
planning is just a mechanical task without vision.

If your vision is to increase sales 50%, then I know
you can see it happening. You see your organization
at 50% more sales. But now, can you see the
things you need to do to make it happen. Can you
see things like:

Hiring successful sales people - can you see what
you will need to do to find them? Can you see what
you need to do to help them be successful? Can
you see what other changes you will have to make
in the organization to support their effort? Can
you see what else you will have to do?

Being able to see these things will help you understand
and define what you need to do to make it happen.

If you really want to make it happen, then you will
see the things you need to do, the obstacles that
could come up, the solutions, the things you need to
put in place. You will see it all taking place. You
can see it happening. Your vision will become a reality.

You will see the new network that will required to
support the sales increase? The new software you
will need to support it. The added cost and the
effect on cash flow?

You see, visualizing all these things will help you
prepare and get ready for them. It will make your
vision become a reality.

It will also help you make a very critical decision. Is
this really what I want? If you can see the road to get
there, do you really still want to go?

So, if you been struggling to make your vision a reality
what can you do. You know where you want to go,
you might even have a basic plan, but have you spent
the time, effort and energy seeing it happen?

If you spend the time effort and energy on seeing
that plan happen, on visualizing it, you will be amazed
at how quickly it start to happen.

Years ago many of us were taught that preparation
is 9/10’s of the job. It was taught to us, yet did we
really learn how important it was. Take time and
visualize everything you need to do to get to your goal.
Once you visualize it, once you put it in the plan,
the execution becomes a simple management job.

This week I want you to take that vision that you have
built and I want you to start to visualize it happening.
I want you to see all the things that you need to do to
make it happen. I want you to walk the road to it
happening and see all the things you will encounter
and how you will deal with them.

Then go back to your plan and adjust it to what you
have seen. You will be simply amazed.

If you think you need some help with this
process then coaching might be the
key to helping you attain greater results.

It really works?

It can be that edge that you need.

Learn more by <a style="text-decoration: none" I had been a manage a

few months now and knew I was doing great.

Walked with that confidence into my boss’s office.

Sat down and learned that I had a problem. Even

though I thought I was good I was not. It seems

I was always looking for someone else to make my

decisions for me. Always looking for more

information, more time. Always wanting to push

off the responsibility for the outcome to someone

else. My manager taught me a very important

lesson that day that I never forgot. You as the

leader have to make decisions to move the ship

forward. You have to do it. So make a decision.

If you are wrong, then make a decision to correct

the problem. But stop just sitting there. Make a

decision will you please.

Do you feel backed against a wall because you

have to make a decision and you just don’t feel

you have enough time. Deal with it. The time is

up. The decision has to be made, so make it.

Do you feel backed against the well because you

just don’t have enough information. You want to

make the decision but if only you could have just

one more piece of information. Just one more.

You cannot have any more information, Now

you have to make the decision based on what you

have and you have to make it now. So do it.

Finally, the impact. You are now responsible

for so many people’s lives that you hesitate

on making the decision. You hesitate because

you know the decision will impact so many.

Still, you have to make it and you have to make

it now and you have to deal with it.

People respect strength in leaders who do what

has to be done. I did not say they always like it,

just said they respect it. If you want to win a

popularity contest, try something other than

leadership. The inability to make timely

decisions is a weakness when it comes to leadership.

You see, most times it is worse not make a

decision. Face it. You have to do it.

Face the fact, you have to make the decision

quicker, with less information than you want

and you have to live and deal with the impact.

That is all part of being a leader.

Are you ready to step up or are you just going to

stay where you are/

Are you going to be a leader and guide the ship,

or just think about it.

Real leaders make decisions and teach other how to do it.

So start today.

Make a decision will you.

First decision is that you are going to start making

decisions quicker.

The impact will be amazing.

<a
